Our thesis

Foundation models have crossed the threshold of reliable autonomous reasoning. An entire layer of human cognitive labor — looking, summarizing, stitching, briefing — is becoming economically obsolete. Whoever owns the index of a company's work owns the surface that AI runs on.

We are not building a ChatGPT wrapper. We're building a vertically-integrated, agent-native system of record and system of action with proprietary data flywheels, defensible technical infrastructure, and deep workflow lock-in.

The team

Findola is a small, technical team of ML and infrastructure engineers based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build the retrieval, ranking, and agent systems ourselves, and we've worked inside the kind of mid-market companies Findola now serves. We remember what it felt like to not have this.
