Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Findola you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization. If you can't, don't use the service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Findola platform and related services provided by Findola, Inc. ("Findola"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your credentials and for anyone you invite to the workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Customer data

Your data is yours. We don't train shared models on it. We delete it on request.

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service. Findola will not use Customer Data to train shared models. Findola processes Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

4. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, don't break the product, don't break other customers.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of law; (b) reverse-engineer the Service; (c) attempt to defeat security or rate-limiting controls; (d) use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Fees and billing

Fees are described in the order form or on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Past-due amounts may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate.

6. Term and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, Findola will provide a 30-day window to export Customer Data.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is." Findola disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Findola's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
